For thousands of Internet users located inside The Great Firewall, it’s a constant battle to unblock Facebook in China. Even for seasoned expats and Chinese born here, Internet censorship laws keep up guessing, and what works today, may not work tomorrow. VPNs, proxy servers, and web based proxies are pretty much the standard arsenal for getting access to blocked websites.
I’d love to make some recommendations to you about which VPN is the best VPN in China, but the truth is that I can’t because what I write this week may not be true the next week. VPN sites frequently are blocked for short periods of time. One thing to note is that though a VPN site may be blocked in China, it doesn’t mean that the VPN is useless. Most of the time it will still work fine.
